Do I need to provide my insurance company with more than one estimate to repair my car?

No. According to Indiana law, you only need one estimate for your insurance company to approve payment for auto body repairs.

My insurance company recommends a specific collision repair shop. Do I have to use them?

No, you are not obligated to use the shop your insurance company recommends. Many insurers have Direct Repair Programs (DRPs) and may suggest preferred shops, but the choice of where to repair your vehicle is entirely yours.

Will you work with my insurance provider?

Absolutely! With years of industry experience, Hollywood’s Collision Center works with all major insurance companies and many smaller providers. We’re here to guide you through the process and help minimize any confusion.

What if I don’t want to file an insurance claim?
We can help! You can pay for the repairs directly. Hollywood’s Collision Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for your convenience.

Do you use genuine factory parts for repairs?
Your insurance policy may specify what parts are covered. However, Indiana law offers consumer protections, and you can request genuine factory parts regardless of your insurer’s coverage. If your insurer won’t cover the cost, you may need to pay the difference.

I need a loaner or rental car. Can you assist?
Yes! If rental car coverage is included in your insurance policy, we’ll coordinate with your insurer to make arrangements. If it’s not covered, we can still help you secure a rental car to keep you on the road during repairs.
